摘要 为解决装配式钢结构吊装的安全和速度问题,从施工组织、吊装安全、吊装的连接接头上展开研究,对传统的梁的接头采用合页连接的形式实施改良,对传统的靠焊接爬梯及挂设软梯、搭设脚手架等方式采用施工升降车代替。通过在广药生物医药城白云基地物流(一期)等数个项目的实际应用,实践表明:在施工组织上合理划分流水段,在各流水段内形成小流水能够提高安装效率,也能保障施工升降车、吊车等辅助安装设备的合理布局及行走;采用带合页的耳板连接节点的施工技术能够减少吊机的占用时间,提高安装速度,降低费用;用施工升降车安装梁、柱能够大幅度减少爬梯的焊接、脚手架的搭设等,保障了施工作业人员的安全。 In order to solve the safety and speed of prefabricated steel structure hoisting,research is carried out from the aspects of construction organization,hoisting safety and hoisting joint.The traditional beam joint is improved in the form of hinge connection,and the traditional welding ladder,flexible ladder and scaffold are replaced by construction elevator.Through the practical application in Baiyun base logistics project(phase I)of Guangyao biomedical city and other projects,the practice shows that the reasonable division of flow sections in the construction organization and the formation of small flow water in each flow section can not only improve the installation efficiency,but also ensure the reasonable layout and walking of auxiliary installation equipment such as construction lift truck and crane;The construction technology of ear plate joint with hinge can reduce the occupation time of crane,improve the installation speed and reduce the cost;The installation of beam and column with construction lift truck can greatly reduce the welding of ladder and the erection of scaffold,and ensure the safety of construction workers.
