摘要
针对离散型车间在检测过程中信息不透明、数据传输不及时的问题,设计一个面向检测过程的实时监控系统。通过对零部件检测车间实时监控系统的检测过程模型、系统体系架构、数据采集方法、系统功能模块及软件系统5个方面进行设计,完成了对车间人员、物料、设备、质量和环境的实时监控,提升了离散型车间检测过程的监控水平,实现了车间信息的实时传递,有利于决策人员对检测全局的把控以及减少设备的非增值时间。通过某航空企业项目实践,验证了设计的合理性与实用性。
Aiming at the problems of opaque information and untimely data transmission in the detection process of discrete workshops,a real-time monitoring system oriented to the inspection process was designed.The five aspects of the real-time monitoring system of the parts inspection workshop were designed with the inspection process model,system architecture,data acquisition method,system function modules and software system.The real-time monitoring of workshop personnel,materials,equipment,quality and environment was completed.The monitoring level of the discrete workshop inspection process was improved,and the real-time transmission of workshop information was realized.It can help decision-makers control the overall inspection and reduce the non-value-added time of the equipment.Through the project practice of an aviation company,the rationality and practicability of the design areverified.
