摘要
为了避免工作面调斜推采时出现丢煤现象及安全事故,根据工作面地质条件,运用数值模拟计算了调采过程的矿压显现及围岩变形特征,研究工作面调斜采三角煤关键技术参数,配合正规循环作业,确保工作面机头不动,机尾多推了25 m。对工作面进行大角度调斜后,提出安全技术措施,机尾端头处加强支护,工作面提卧刀调整技术措施,提高了资源回收率,保证了安全开采。
In order to avoid the phenomenon of coal loss and safety accidents during inclined pushing and mining in the working face,according to the geological conditions of the working face,the rock pressure behavior and surrounding rock deformation characteristics during the adjusting mining process are calculated by numerical simulation,the key technical parameters of triangular coal tilt adjusting mining in the working face are studied,and the normal circulation operation is coordinated to ensure that the handpiece of the working face does not move,and the tail is pushed more than 25 m.After the large-angle inclination adjustment of the working face,the safety technical measures are put forward,including strengthening the support at the end of the tail and adjusting the lifting recumbent knife technical measures at the working face,which improves the resource recovery rate and ensures safe mining.
