采煤机截割部主轴承故障诊断系统设计应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对司马煤矿MG400/920-WD型采煤机故障诊断环境差、人工定位故障类型效率低等问题,进行智能化截割部主轴承故障诊断系统研究。采用三单轴WY-YD20A1B2型矿用压电一体振动变送器组成三轴振动传感器组进行原始振动信号采集,经过小波包去噪、振动信号特征提取,对比故障样本进行故障类型诊断。经过工程验证,该系统故障诊断结果精准度高。 Aiming at the poor fault diagnosis environment of the MG400/920-WD type shearer in Sima Coal Mine and the low efficiency of manually locating the fault type,the intelligent fault diagnosis system for the main bearing of the cutting section is studied.The three-axis vibration sensor group composed of the three-single axis WY-YD20A1B2 type mine piezoelectric integrated vibration transmitter is used to collect the original vibration signal.After wavelet packet denoising and vibration signal feature extraction,the fault type diagnosis is performed by comparing the fault samples,through engineering verification,the system has high accuracy of fault diagnosis results.
