摘要 通过比较杜仲叶黄酮提取物经酸水解成苷元来折算总黄酮含量和直接测定未酸水解样品中黄酮总含量,优选出一种HPLC测定杜仲叶黄酮提取物中总黄酮方法。结果表明,酸水解测定比未酸水解测定总黄酮高。未水解法测定提取物中原生黄酮含量,而酸水解法将全部的黄酮苷水解成苷元后,测定苷元含量来换算的总黄酮含量更高,更具有代表性。所需的对照品种类更少,测定时间更短,因此,其检测成本更低,更适用于杜仲叶黄酮提取物中总黄酮的测定。 An HPLC method for the determination of total flavonoids in Eucommia ulmoides leaves was preferred by comparing the content of total flavonoids converted by acid hydrolysis to glycosides and the total content of flavonoids in samples without acid hydrolysis.The results showed that total flavonoids was higher than untotal acid.The primary flavone content of the extract was determined by unhydrolysis,but after the acid hydrolysis of all the flavonoid glycosides to glycosides,the total flavonoids content of the glycoside content was higher and more representative,less control varieties are needed and the determination time is shorter.Therefore,the detection cost is lower and more suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in the extract.
