摘要
目的评价下颌骨截骨术位置对舌癌患者口腔功能的影响。方法于本院治疗且研究诊疗资料完整的舌癌患者中选取58例实施分析,应用随机综合平衡法分组,组名称为研究组(29例)、对照组(29例),研究起止时间为2017年8月-2021年8月。予以研究组下颌骨旁正中截骨术治疗,予以对照组下颌骨正中截骨术治疗,比较各组临床疗效、口腔功能、手术满意度、并发症情况。结果研究组临床总有效率为93.10%,明显较对照组(72.41%)高,P<0.05;研究组治疗后吞咽、咀嚼、语音功能评分均显著较对照组高,P<0.05;研究组外形恢复率为89.66%,开口度正常率为86.21%,语音清晰率为93.10%,咀嚼吞咽功能满意率为89.66%,均明显较对照组高,P<0.05;研究组并发症发生率为6.90%,较对照组低,差异不存在意义,P>0.05。结论予以舌癌患者下颌骨旁正中截骨术治疗的效果优于下颌骨正中截骨术,可提高手术满意度,同时还可促进患者语音、咀嚼、吞咽功能恢复,且并发症较少,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of mandibular osteotomy position on oral function in patients with tongue cancer.Methods Fifty-eight cases of tongue cancer patients who were treated in our hospital with complete research and diagnosis data were selected for analysis and grouped by random comprehensive balance method.The group names were the study group(29 cases)and the control group(29 cases).August 2017-August 2021.The study group was treated with paramedian mandibular osteotomy,and the control group was treated with median mandibular osteotomy.The clinical efficacy,oral function,surgical satisfaction,and complications were compared in each group.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 93.10%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.41%),P<0.05;after treatment,the scores of swallowing,chewing and speech function of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;the appearance of the study group recovered The rate of normal mouth opening was 89.66%,the rate of normal mouth opening was 86.21%,the rate of speech intelligibility was 93.10%,and the satisfaction rate of chewing and swallowing function was 89.66%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.90%,which was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not significant,P>0.05.Conclusion The effect of paramedian mandibular osteotomy in patients with tongue cancer is better than median mandibular osteotomy,which can improve surgical satisfaction,and at the same time promote the recovery of speech,chewing,and swallowing functions of patients with fewer complications.The clinical application value is significant.
