摘要
肉桂精油具有潜在的杀虫活性和抗菌作用。日粮中添加肉桂精油对家禽生产性能、低胆固醇血症、抗氧化活性、免疫力和肠道菌群微生态平衡方面均具有显著影响。文章综述了肉桂精油的化学成分及在家禽饲料中应用方面的研究进展,旨在为开展肉桂精油作为饲料添加剂在畜牧生产中进一步的研究与应用提供参考。
Cinnamomum cassia essential oil has potential insecticidal and antibacterial activities.The addition of cinnamon essential oil to the diet has significant effects on poultry production performance,hypocholesterolemia,antioxidant activity,immunity and microecological balance of intestinal flora.The article reviews the research on the chemical composition of cinnamon essential oil and its clinical application in poultry,so as to provide reference for the research of cinnamon essential oil as feed additive in animal husbandry production.
