摘要
轴向-径向混合通风系统是由转子通风槽等效风扇与外置风扇或者内置风扇,以及风阻、剩余风压组成的所谓风扇串联的通风系统。它的特点是,同一系统中,转子通风槽等效风扇与外置风扇(或者内置风扇)属于串联运行,此时,系统中流经各风阻的风量不再取决于系统中任何一个单一的风扇,而是决定于两个风扇的联合作用。经分析结果显示,如果电机风道的风阻较大,则宜用风扇的串联运行;如果风阻较小,则宜选用风扇的并联运行,否则不仅不能增强通风效果,反而会增加通风损耗。因此增加转子的通风道数量,增加铁心散热面积,对改善电机散热的效果非常显著。
The axial and radial mixed ventilation system is a series ventilation system which is made up of the equivalent fan with the ventilation slot of the rotor,the external or built-in fan,wind resistances and the residual wind pressure.Its characteristic is that the equivalent fan and the external(or the built-in fan)are in series operation.At this time,the air volume flowing through each wind resistance in the system no longer depends on any single fan in the system but on the joint action of two fans.The analytical results show that if the wind resistance of the air duct of the motor is large,the series operation is better.If the wind resistance is small,the parallel operation should be selected.Otherwise,the ventilation effect can not be enhanced and the ventilation loss will be increased.Therefore,increasing the number of air ducts of the rotor and the area of heat dissipation of the iron core has a significant effect on improving the heat dissipation of the motor.
