摘要
随着人民生活品质的极大提升,对具有防晒护肤作用的不饱和酸酯等基础产品如对甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯等的合成研究也越来越深入。本文综述了国内以对甲氧基苯甲醛作为主要原料,利用不同类型的缩合反应包括Perkin反应、Knoevenagel缩合反应、醇醛缩合反应和Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应合成对甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯的研究进展;综述了国外以丙烯酸甲酯作主要原料,利用各种新型催化剂,如第二代Hoveyda-Grubbs催化剂、MOF材料负载的贵金属催化剂以及高活性Pd和Au配位聚合的复合催化剂催化合成对甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯的研究进展,分析讨论了不同工艺路线和催化剂选择的优缺点并对其提出展望。
With the great improvement of people’s quality of life,the research on the synthesis of basic products such as unsaturated esters with sunscreen and skin care effects,such as methyl p-methoxycinnamate,has become more and more widely.Therefore,it is comprehensively discussed that p-methoxybenzaldehyde is used as the main raw material in China to synthesize p-methoxycinnamic acid by different types of condensation reactions,including Perkin reaction,Knoevenagel condensation reaction,aldol condensation reaction and ClaisenSchmidt condensation reaction.The use of methyl acrylate as the main raw material,as well as the utilization of various novel catalysts and catalysts in foreign countries were reviewed,such as the second-generation Hoveyda-Grubbs catalyst,the noble metal catalyst supported by MOF materials,and the composite catalyst for the coordination polymerization of high activity Pd and Au to catalyze the synthesis of p-methoxyl methyl cinnamate.The advantages and disadvantages of different process routes were analyzed and discussed from various angles,and prospects were put forward.
