This paper describes the causes of vibration of hydraulic guide bearing, the selection of blade surface repair materials, the characteristics and application advantages of high-strength carbon fiber cloth, the factory test of carbon fiber composite material repair guide vane, and the factory test results of carbon fiber repair guide vane, including the positive tension bonding test, carbon fiber cloth reinforced steel bar test, and carbon fiber cloth reinforced steel bar pressure test.
