摘要
阐述Java Web的办公自动化系统的设计架构、系统的模块设计,包括用户登录模块、公文管理、公共信息、个人办公、会议管理、系统的安全设计,系统的实现,采用分布式软件系统,利用有效资源共享与信息沟通,构成信息网状流通,从而实现管理流程的优化。
This paper describes the design architecture and module design of the office automation system based on Java Web, including user login module, official document management, public information, personal office, conference management, system security design, and system implementation. The distributed software system is used to make use of effective resource sharing and information communication to form a network flow of information, so as to optimize the management process.
