摘要
目的探讨在子宫肌瘤患者行腹腔镜手术治疗围术期中应用快速康复护理的效果。方法选取68例行腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,以随机信封法分两组,各34例。对照组与观察组分别接受常规护理和快速康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分分别(42.57±3.72)分、(41.82±3.94)分,均低于对照组的(47.74±4.09)分、(49.14±4.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.88%低于对照组的26.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将快速康复护理运用于子宫肌瘤患者行腹腔镜手术治疗过程中,利于有效缓解患者的不良心理,缩短术后治疗时间,减少并发症发生率,对促进其康复起着积极意义,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery supplemented by rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with uterine fibroids during perioperative period.Methods 68 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group by random envelope method.Control group and observation group received routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing mode respectively.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were(42.57±3.72)points and(41.82±3.94)points,respectively,lower than those of the control group(47.74±4.09)points and(49.14±4.53)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of anal exhaust,time of getting out of bed and time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 5.88%lower than that of control group(26.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the process of laparoscopic surgery for patients with uterine fibroids is beneficial to effectively alleviate the adverse psychology of patients,shorten the postoperative treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications,and play a positive role in promoting their rehabilitation,worthy of clinical promotion.
