摘要
糖尿病共病肿瘤的发病率逐年上升,二者发病机制十分复杂。研究发现,葡萄糖代谢在二者间发挥着关键作用。中医认为“气虚精亏”精气不能正常发挥濡养作用,则痰、瘀、毒等变证丛生,此与葡萄糖代谢紊乱相契合。葡萄糖代谢紊乱是糖尿病与肿瘤沟通的桥梁,将二者联系起来,相互致病、共同发展。以“糖代谢”为切入点寻求有效治疗方案,预防疾病发展,改善患者生存质量是目前急需解决的首要难题。该文以“糖代谢紊乱”为核心,探析糖尿病共病肿瘤的发生、发展及中西医治疗研究进展,以期为糖尿病共病肿瘤的治疗提供新思路。
The incidence of diabetic combined tumors is increasing year by year,and the pathogenesis of both is very complicated.Studies have found that glucose metabolism plays a key role between the two.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that“deficiency of Qi and essence deficiency”can not normally play a nourishing and nourishing role in the essence,and then phlegm,blood stasis,poison and other symptoms will arise,which is consistent with the disorder of glucose metabolism.Glucose metabolism disorder is a bridge between diabetes and tumors,linking the two,causing mutual disease and developing together.Taking“glucose metabolism”as an entry point to seek effective treatment options,prevent disease development,and improve patients’quality of life are the most urgent problems to be solved at present.This article focuses on“disorders of glucose metabolism”to explore the occurrence,development and research progress of TCM and Western medicine treatment of diabetic comorbid tumors,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetic comorbid tumors.
