摘要
目的探究妊娠期高血压(hypertension during pregnancy,HDP)运用集束化护理对患者护理满意度、心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月漳州市第二医院妇产科收治的80例HDP患者为对象,按照护理模式不同随机均分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。其中,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予集束化护理,对比两组临床护理满意度、护理前后妊娠期血压、心理状态、生活质量评分及妊娠结局情况。结果研究组护理满意度[38例(95.00%)]明显高于对照组[31例(77.50%)],组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);护理后,研究组SBP指标、DBP指标缓解情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,两组妊娠结局总产程时间、新生儿评分、产后3 h、24 h出血量评分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组剖宫产率、胎盘早剥率情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论集束化护理模式运用在HDP护理中,可显著提升护理满意度,改善患者心理状态及生活质量,降低患者血压指标,同时提升患者妊娠结局,值得运用。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on patients'nursing satisfaction,psychological status and quality of life in patients with hypertensive pregnancy(HDP).Methods Eighty patients with HDP admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second Hospital of Zhangzhou City from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group according to different nursing modes,with 40 patients in each group.Among them,the control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given cluster nursing.The clinical nursing satisfaction,pregnancy blood pressure,psychological status,quality of life score and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of in the study group[38(95.00%)]was significantly higher than that of in the control group[31(77.50%)],with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).After nursing,the remission of SBP index and DBP index in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The score of quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of cesarean section and placental abruption between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing mode in HDP nursing can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,improve patients'psychological status and quality of life,reduce patients'blood pressure indicators,and improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,which is worth using.
