摘要
目的观察睑缘缝合术在治疗恢复期单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎中的临床疗效。方法收集2019年1月至2021年12月期间我院诊断为恢复期单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的患者临床资料71例(71只眼),随机分为睑缘缝合术治疗组和戴角膜绷带镜对照组,经治疗后观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果随访24周,评估患者主观症状,角膜愈合情况及新生血管消退情况,治疗组的效果明显优于对照组。结论睑缘缝合术治疗恢复期单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎安全有效。
Objective To observe the effect of Tarsorrhaphy in the treatment of convalescent Herpes Simplex Keratitis.Methods Clinical data of 71 patients diagnosed as convalescent herpes simplex keratitis in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were collected,The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the Tarsorrhaphy group and the corneal bandage mirror group,The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed after treatment.Results Follow up for 24 weeks,assess subjective symptoms,corneal healing and neovascularization of patients.the effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group.Conclusion Tarsorrhaphy is safe and effective in the treatment of convalescent herpes simplex keratitis.
