摘要
高速铁路混凝土桥梁的防排水是一项系统工程,CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道结构的混凝土桥面,主要采用喷涂聚脲防水层。在高速铁路运营过程中,部分混凝土桥面聚脲防水层出现了黄变、龟裂、剥离、起鼓、破裂等病害。在大量现场调研和分析基础上,设计了施工环境及工艺仿真试验平台,对桥面防水层关键施工阶段的环境条件、工艺工法的工况进行模拟。通过外观和附着力性能试验,量化分析了防水层黏结失效的主要原因及程度,对CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道桥面防水层病害进行了深入研究。研究结果可为铁路混凝土桥梁的耐久性检查、维修和新建桥梁防水工程的实施提供参考。
The prevention and drainage works of high speed railway concrete bridge is a systematic engineering.The spraying polyurea waterproof layer is used on the concrete bridge deck of the CRTSⅡballastless track structure.During the operation of high speed railway,yellowing,cracking,stripping,drum,rupture and other diseases may occur in polyurea waterproof layer on some concrete bridge deck.On the basis of a large number of field investigation and analysis,a testing platform was designed for the simulation of construction environment and process of the key construction stage of deck waterproof layer.According to the appearance and adhesion performance test,the major causes of waterproof layer adhesion failure were analyzed and the failure levels were evaluated quantificationally.The diseases of the waterproof layer on bridge deck of CRTSⅡballastless track were deeply studied.The research results may provide reference for the durability inspection,maintenance and the construction of new bridge waterproof engineering.
