摘要
目的:设计日间手术患者检查预约登记流程,为患者提供高效的术前检查通道,缩短患者术前检查等候时间。方法:针对两种分诊号序生成规则分别进行优化改造,对于预先生成分诊号的模式,系统通过识别日间标志自动为患者分配分诊号并在候诊队列上进行标红处理;对于登记生成分诊号的模式,依据日间手术病房床位周转率制定分诊规则,设计术前检查预约和登记流程,实现日间手术医生开单当天完成检查。结果:开放日间号源后平均每天预约(10.20±5.74)项检查,缩短了患者术前检查等候时间,提高了日间手术病房床位周转率。结论:日间手术患者检查预约登记流程可以较好地满足日间患者术前检查需求,提升了患者的就医体验。
Objective To design an examination appointment and registration process for day surgery patients,provide them with efficient preoperative examination channels and shorten the waiting time for preoperative examination.Methods The two types of generation rules of triage numbers were respectively optimized and reformed.For the mode of pre-generated triage number,the system automatically assigned the triage number to patients by recognizing the daytime sign and marks the waiting queue in red.For the mode of registration-generated triage number,triage rules were formulated based on the bed turnover rate of the day surgery ward.Based on daytime surgery,the preoperative examination appointment and registration process was designed to realize that the examination can be completed on the same day the doctor issues the order.Results After issuing the daytime registration number,the average number of examination appointments per day was(10.2±5.74),and the waiting time of patients for preoperative examinations was shortened,and the bed turnover rate of the day surgery ward was improved.Conclusion The examination appointment and registration process of daytime surgery patients can better meet the needs of daytime patients for preoperative examination and improve the patients'medical experience.
