摘要
主体作为行动者,其发展是一个持续能动性的概念。智能技术时代,精准教学的主体之维与行动取向是主体在时代变迁中立德树人的要义。对“何谓主体”“主体是谁”“何以为主体”等问题的连续追问,是回应智能技术嵌入之势与师生主体内在张力的基本方式。智能技术时代的精准教学,要消解主体式微、情感疏离、对话失语之症结。教学主体行动取向需要:重塑主体地位,倡行交往实践;保持情感自觉,进行多维互动;践行知识理解,延展心灵对话。
Precision instruction adopts technologies to tailor individuals’learning experiences based on their preferences and needs.However,our over-reliance on technologies would lead to the eclipse of humanity as well as emotional estrangement between teachers and students.In fact,cultivating human agency and promoting interpersonal communication remain two important goals of education in the Intelligent Era.On the one hand,we need to be clarified about the definition and significance of human agency.We should view both teachers and students as proactive agents in education so as to reclaim human agency while embracing new technologies.On the other hand,we also need to promote interpersonal communication and multi-dimensional interaction between teachers and students in precision instruction.For instance,we can cultivate their emotional awareness,or sensitivity to other’s feelings,via extended heart-to-heart talks.
