摘要
心血管疾病是全球发病与死亡的重要原因,临床上以冠心病最为常见。桃红四物汤是在四物汤(当归、熟地黄、白芍、川芎)补血养血的基础上加入桃仁、红花以活血通经化瘀,具有较强的“补血养血,活血祛瘀”功效,是中医补血活血经典方剂之一,主要用于治疗血虚血瘀证。在冠心病的临床中医治疗中常以桃红四物汤为基础方进行化裁,对缓解冠心病及其并发症起到了较好的疗效。该文归纳总结了近些年桃红四物汤用来诊治冠心病的药理作用和化学成分的相关研究,以期为其在临床的使用及进一步开发应用提供理论支持和参考资料。
Cardiovascular disease is an important cause of morbidity and mortality in the world,among which coronary heart disease is the most common.Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤)is based on Siwu Decoction(四物汤)[Dagngui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Praeparata Radix),Baishao(Paeoniae Alba Radix)and Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)J and adds Taoren(Persicae Semen)and Honghua(Carthami Flos)to activate blood,dredge meridians and remove blood stasis.It has a strong effect of"supplementing blood and nourishing blood,activating blood and removing blood stasis".Taohong Siwu Decoction is one of the classic prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and is mainly used to treat blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.In the clinical TCM treatment of coronary heart disease,Taohong Siwu Decoction is often used as the basis and has a good effect on alleviating coronary heart disease and its complications.This paper summarized the pharmacological effects and chemical components of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease in recent years,in order to provide theoretical support and reference for its clinical use and further development and application.
