摘要
近年来,溶栓及冠状动脉介入技术的发展使冠状动脉狭窄或阻塞问题得到了很大程度的改善,而冠状动脉微循环障碍(coronary microcirculation dysfunction,CMD)问题则日渐突出,越来越受到医学界的关注。CMD病因及发病机制复杂,现代医学尚缺乏针对CMD的治疗策略,中医辨证治疗显示出一定的临床疗效。该文重点就近年来中医药治疗CMD的研究情况进行阐述,旨在为CMD的临床诊治提供参考。
In recent years,the development of thrombolysis and coronary intervention technology has greatly improved the problem of coronary artery stenosis or occlusion,while the problem of coronary microcirculation disorder(CMD)has become increasingly prominent,which has attracted more and more attention from the medical community.The etiology and pathogenesis of CMD are complex.Modern medicine still lacks treatment strategies for CMD.TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation shows certain clinical efficacy.This article focuses on the research on the treatment of CMD with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,in order to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CMD.
