摘要
目的 探讨布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入在支气管哮喘患者中的效果。方法 选取2019年9月至2021年9月宜春新建医院诊治的100例支气管哮喘患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。所有患者均给予常规治疗,对照组加用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,观察组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,连续治疗1周,比较两组的临床疗效、症状消退时间、炎症因子水平、肺功能、不良反应。结果 观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组,观察组患者的咳嗽、胸闷气促、肺哮鸣音、喘息、呼吸困难消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1周后,观察组患者的白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、IL-8均低于对照组,呼气流量峰值、第1秒用力呼气量、用力肺活量高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.177,P=0.674)。结论 布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,能够有效促进各项症状消退,降低炎症因子水平,加快其肺功能恢复,且不良反应较少,安全可靠,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide suspension combined with salbutamol inhalation in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma who were diagnosed and treated in Yichun New Hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.All patients were given routine treatment,control group was additionally given salbutamol inhalation,and observation group was additionally treated with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation on the basis the control group for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,symptom subsidence time,inflammatory factor levels,pulmonary function and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in control group,and the subsidence time of cough,chest tightness,shortness of breath,pulmonary wheezing,wheezing,and dyspnea in observation group were all shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Interleukin(IL)-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),and IL-8in observation group were lower than those in control group,and peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1) and forced vital capacity(FVC) were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistially significamt difference in adverse reactions between two groups(χ^(2)=0.177,P=0.674).Conclusion Budesonide suspension combined with salbutamol inhalation has an exact effect in patients with bronchial asthma.It can effectively accelerate the regression of various symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and accelerate the recovery of lung function.It has fewer adverse reactions and is safe and reliable,and high application value.
