胆囊原发性透明细胞癌1例报告

Primary clear cell carcinoma of the gallbladder:A case report

摘要 胆囊癌指发生于胆囊(包括胆囊底部、体部、颈部及胆囊管)的恶性肿瘤。我国胆囊癌发病率低,占同时期胆道疾病的0.4%~3.8%[1]。胆囊透明细胞腺癌(clear cell carcinoma of the gallblad,CCG)是一种含有透明细胞成分(>50%)的胆囊癌,在临床上极为罕见。据Maharaj等[2]报道,其发病率仅占胆囊癌的1%。现将1例CCG患者报道如下。
