摘要
竹浆纤维具有良好的可纺性,可以生产出纯竹纤维产品,但由于其纤维间抱合力较小,强力较低,可与涤、棉等纤维混纺,取长补短,改善纺纱性能,提高产品质量。本研究纺制竹浆/CJ棉(55/45)15.5tex纱线,通过研究表明,在织造工艺上应根据其纤维、纱线与产品的特点,采用低速度、小张力等工艺。浆料配方以高质量的变性淀粉为主,适当辅以高醇解度的PVA与丙烯酸类浆料,以提高浆液性能;浆纱工艺应以中速度、小张力、低温度、中上浆、保伸长的工艺路线;织造亦以小张力、小开口、低后梁等工艺。各工序的温湿度以稍大为宜。
Bamboo pulp fiber has good spinnability.It can be produced pure bamboo fiber products.However,because of its small holding force between fibers and low strength,it can be blended with polyester,cotton and other fibers,to improve the spinning performance and improve the product quality.This experiment woven bamboo pulp/CJ cotton(55/45)15.5tex yarn.The test shows that the weaving process should be based on low speed and small tension according to the characteristics of fiber,yarn and products.The slurry formula is mainly made with high quality denatured starch,appropriately supplemented by high alcohol solution PVA and acrylic slurry,in order to improve the slurry performance.The sizing process shall be medium speed,small tension,low temperature,medium sizing and guaranteed elongation;the weaving process shall be small tension,small opening and low rear beam.The temperature and humidity of each process should be slightly larger.
