摘要
针对大气曝晒后聚丙烯材料内饰零件发白的问题,分析原因为抗氧剂1010添加量过多,其与聚丙烯材料的相容性较差,容易在光和热的作用下逐渐迁移至零件表面,造成析出发白问题。通过考察不同抗氧剂在聚丙烯材料的溶解度及熔点,选择了更优的抗氧体系,在满足材料热老化性能的前提下,解决了改性聚丙烯材料内饰零件在大气曝晒试验后表面发白的问题。
In view of the whitening problem of polypropylene interior parts after atmospheric exposure,it was analyzed that the added amount of antioxidant 1010 was too much,and its compatibility with polypropylene materials was poor.It was easy to migrate to the surface of parts gradually under the action of light and heat,resulting in the precipitation and whitening problem.By investigating the solubility and melting point of different antioxidants in polypropylene,a better anti-oxidation system was selected,which solved the problem of surface whitening of modified polypropylene interior parts after atmospheric exposure test on the premise of meeting the thermal aging performance of the material.
