摘要
针对雷电防护设备中数据采集板工作电压低、抗干扰能力弱、易遭受雷击导致工作失效的问题,通过采取泄流、隔离、屏蔽等多种防护手段,研制了一款适用于雷电防护设备抗瞬时大电流干扰的数据采集板。详细介绍了该数据采集板的组成、功能及防护措施,可广泛应用于存在瞬时大电流干扰且具有数据采集需求的设备,对于提高设备的抗干扰能力,增强设备运行的稳定性,减少设备故障率,减轻运维人员工作负担发挥了较好作用。
Aiming at the problems of low working voltage,weak anti-interference ability and easy to work failure caused by lightning stroke in lightning protection equipment,a data acquisition board suitable for lightning protection equipment to resist instantaneous large current interference is developed by adopting various protective measures such as current discharge,isolation,shielding and etc.The composition,function and protective measures of the data acquisition board are introduced in detail.It can be widely used in the equipment with instantaneous large current interference and data acquisition requirements.It plays a good role in improving the anti-interference ability of the equipment,enhancing the stability of equipment operation,reducing equipment failure rate,and lessening the workload of operation and maintenance personnel.
