摘要
铸魂育人是育人主体、育人场域、育人方法等各种育人要素相互作用的有机统一、密切联系的整体,协同有助于实现铸魂育人内部各要素之间的有序运行和内部结构的优化,进而产生1+1>2的合力效果。当前,高校铸魂育人目标的一致性、过程的衔接性、育人主体的多元性特征内在地要求把握新形势下铸魂育人的特点和规律,运用协同思维,统筹各方面的资源和力量,形成育人合力,破解铸魂育人所面临的一些现实问题,实现铸魂育人目标和提高铸魂育人成效,促进新时代思想政治教育高质量发展。
Soul casting education is the organic unity that various elements of soul casting education interact closely,such as the main body of education,the field of education,the methods of education,etc.Cooperation is conducive to the orderly operation of the internal elements of soul casting education and the optimization of the internal structure,so as to produce the resultant amplification effects of 1+1>2.At present,the consistency of the goal,the cohesion of the process and the diversity of the subject of education in colleges and universities require that we need master the characteristics and rules of education in the new situation,coordinate the resources and forces of all aspects.That will lead to the resultant force that some practical problems faced by education in the process of soul casting can be solved,the goal of education in soul casting and the effect of education in soul casting can be improved.Through these ways,we will promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education in the new era.
