摘要
某花岗伟晶岩型锂辉石矿矿物组分复杂、嵌布粒度细,为了寻找合理的选矿工艺流程,针对该矿石开展了2个不同选矿流程的试验研究。试验获得了锂精矿Li2O品位5.64%、锂金属回收率78.10%的选别指标;得出优先剔除矿泥和云母,对改善后续锂辉石浮选指标非常有益,对于该矿石采用阶段磨选—粗精矿再磨—精选流程比连续磨矿—脱泥—浮选流程,无论是在选别指标上,还是流程结构上均更有优越性。
The mineral composition of a granite pegmatite spodumene ore is complex and the embed⁃ded particle size is fine.In order to find a reasonable beneficiation process,two different beneficiation pro⁃cesses were carried out on the ore.The separation index of lithium concentrate with Li2O grade of 5.64%and lithium metal recovery of 78.10%was obtained by the test.It is concluded that the preferential removal of slime and mica is very beneficial to improve the subsequent spodumene flotation index.For the ore,the stage grinding-rough concentrate regrinding-concentration process is superior to the continuous grinding desliming-flotation process both in terms of separation index and process structure.
