蓝光照射联合人血白蛋白对新生儿高胆红素血症的影响

摘要 目的:探讨蓝光照射联合人血白蛋白对新生儿高胆红素血症的影响。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年3月河北青县人民医院收治的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组予以蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予人血白蛋白治疗。比较两组患者临床症状缓解时间、临床疗效、胆红素水平、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组皮肤黄染消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);治疗后,两组患儿总胆红素、间接胆红素、直接胆红素水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.330)。结论:蓝光照射联合人血白蛋白治疗新生儿高胆红素血症患儿效果确切,能降低胆红素水平,加快黄染消退,安全性高。 Objective:To investigate the effect of blue light irradiation combined with human blood albumin on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:A total of eighty neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Qingxian People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with human blood albumin on the basis of the control group.Clinical symptom remission time,clinical efficacy,bilirubin level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of skin yellowing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).After treatment,the levels of total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin and direct bilirubin in 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.330).Conclusion:Blue light irradiation combined with human blood albumin is effective in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,which can reduce bilirubin level and accelerate the fading of yellow stain with high safety.
