摘要
为了减小船舶辅机振动的影响,提出一种截断式桁架浮筏结构,把具有带隙特性的截断式正方格栅结构引入船舶动力设备浮筏隔振系统的设计。研究截断式正方格栅结构的带隙特性和局域共振机理,分析截断式桁架筏架的振动传输特性,比较截断式桁架浮筏和传统浮筏隔振系统的隔振性能。研究结果表明:截断式正方格栅具有较好的低频带隙特性,通过调节几何和材料参数可调整桁架浮筏的带隙范围,截断式桁架浮筏隔振系统可比传统浮筏隔振系统的减振性能提高6.3 dB,具有良好的隔振效果。
In order to reduce vibration of the marine auxiliary,a truncated truss floating raft structure is put forward,and the truncated square grid structure with band gap properties is introduced into the design of the floating raft vibration isolation system for marine power plants.The band gap properties and the local resonance mechanism of the truncated square grid structure is researched,the vibration transmission properties of the truncated truss raft are analyzed,and the antivibration performance of the truncated truss raft system is compared with that of the traditional floating raft system.The result of the research shows that the truncated square grid structure has better band gap properties at low frequencies,and the band gap range of the truss raft can be adjusted by changing its geometric and material parameters.Compared with the traditional floating raft system,the anti-vibration performance of the truncated truss raft system is improved by 6.3 dB,which shows its good vibration isolation effect.
