摘要
中医经过长期的实践和发展,在治疗膝骨关节炎上经验丰富,治疗方式多样化,临床疗效确切,安全性高。基于中医辨证论治对膝骨关节炎进行干预治疗,辅以良好的中医护理干预措施,可有效改善患者的临床症状,促进康复和提高生活质量。文章通过对名医经验、内外治法、中医辨证等方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为今后中医治疗在膝骨关节炎在临床上的推广应用提供参考。
After long-term practice and development,traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,diversified treatment methods,accurate clinical efficacy and high safety.Intervention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,supplemented by good TCM nursing intervention measures,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote rehabilitation and improve the quality of life.This article reviews the research progress of famous doctors'experience,internal and external treatment,and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to providing reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the future.
