霍尔推力器放电通道中性气体分布及检测技术研究进展

摘要 中性气体是霍尔推力器放电过程的重要组成部分,通道内气体密度分布是霍尔推力器优化的重要参数。为了提升霍尔推力器内部气体均匀性,对国内外研究进展进行了综述,详细分析了气体分配器供气方式、出气小孔径向位置、放电通道长度和宽度等因素对气体分布均匀性的影响,并概述了霍尔推力器放电通道内部中性气体分布检测方法。对各影响因素及检测方法进行了初步讨论,提出了改善霍尔推力器内部气体分布均匀性值得研究的问题和方向。 Neutral gas is an important part of the Hall thruster discharge process,and the gas density distribution in the channel is an important optimization parameter for Hall thruster.In order to improve gas uniformity inside the Hall thruster channel,research progress at home and abroad was reviewed,and the effects of gas supply mode of the gas distributor,radial position of the gas outlet aperture,length and width of the discharge channel on the gas distribution uniformity were analyzed in detail,and detection methods of neutral gas distribution inside the discharge channel of Hall thruster were introduced.The influencing factors and detection methods were preliminarily discussed,and the problems and directions to improve the uniformity of gas distribution in the Hall thruster were put forward.
