点胶工艺对COB LED相关色温空间分布的影响

摘要 基于传统点胶工艺,研究了光扩散剂和荧光粉沉淀对COB LED光源相关色温(CCT)空间分布的影响。在混粉胶中加入光扩散剂,观察不同含量光扩散剂对COB LED光源CCT空间分布的影响规律,通过静置实验分析静置时间对CCT空间分布的影响。结果表明,CCT空间分布差值先随光扩散剂含量的增加而减小,当光扩散剂比重达22.5%时,CCT空间差值达到最小,继续增加光扩散剂含量,CCT空间分布差值增加,由静置实验分析发现,水平静置4h及以上比添加光扩散剂能更有效地提升光源CCT空间分布的均匀度。 The influence of phosphor precipitation and light diffusing agent on the spatial distribution of COB LED light source correlated color temperature(CCT)was investigated based on the traditional dispensing process.The light diffusing agent was added to the mixed powder to observe the influence rule of different contents of light diffusing agent on the CCT spatial distribution of COB LED light source.The influence of placing time on the CCT spatial distribution was analyzed through the static experiment.The results show that the CCT spatial distribution difference first decreases with the increase of the light diffusing agent content.When the light diffusing agent's mass accounts for 22.5%in the phosphor,the CCT spatial distribution difference reaches the smallest value.Continue to increase the light diffusing agent content,the CCT spatial distribution difference increases.After dispensing,standing horizontally for 4 hours or more can improve the uniformity of the CCT spatial distribution of the light source,which is more effectively than adding light diffusing agent.
