摘要
在互联网经济推动和新冠疫情冲击下,互联网餐饮迎来前所未有的发展机遇。文章基于2015—2021年我国网上外卖用户占互联网用户比重,以及外卖市场规模占餐饮业市场规模比重的数据,利用新陈代谢GM(1,1)灰色模型对未来互联网餐饮发展趋势进行预测。结果表明:在未来三年中,尽管网上外卖用户比重在小幅波动中趋于增长,但外卖市场规模比重持续大幅度上涨。因此,探讨未来互联网餐饮业态的发展趋势,对更好地促进互联网餐饮的发展具有重要意义。
With the promotion of Internet economy and the impact of COVID-19,Internet catering has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.Based on the data of the proportion of Chinese online takeaway users in Internet users from 2015—2021 and the proportion of takeaway market size in catering industry market size,this paper uses the grey model of metabolism GM(1,1)to predict the future development trend of Internet catering industry.The results show that:In the next three years,although the proportion of online takeaway users tends to increase with slight fluctuations,the proportion of takeaway market size continues to rise significantly.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the innovation path of the future Internet catering industry to better promote the development of Internet catering.
