摘要
考虑东营原油库迁建工程的储罐焊接工艺,从固体力学专业角度,采用有限元仿真的方法探究了线能量对平板对接焊缝成形质量的影响。考虑应力场及温度场的耦合作用,采用ABAQUS软件构建了有限元模型,并对该软件进行二次开发,借助DFLUX子程序实现了移动双椭球热源的定义。通过对比仿真结果发现,改变线能量输入对残余应力影响不大,但对塑性应变影响显著,且存在一个临界值,若线能量高于该临界值,塑性应变随线能量的增速将大幅提高,严重影响焊缝成形质量。
According to the welding technology of Dongying crude oil depot relocation project,the influence of linear energy on the forming quality of plate butt weld was investigated by finite element simulation from the perspective of solid mechanics in this paper.With the coupling effect of stress field and temperature field being considered,the finite element model was constructed by ABAQUS,and based on the secondary development of the software,the definition of double-ellipsoidal mobile heat source was realized by DFLUX subroutine.A comparison of simulation results shows that changing the linear energy input has a slight effect on the residual stress but a significant effect on the plastic strain,moreover,a critical value does exist,and if the linear energy is higher than this value,the plastic strain will increase greatly with the increase of linear energy,seriously affecting the weld forming quality.
