摘要
基于样方法的种间联结性研究多集中于群落不同层次联结性与相关性,群落内主要物种的生态位与种间联结特征,但对群落内物种的种间联结及群落稳定性变化系统性研究不足。研究利用鹞落坪落叶阔叶林11.56 hm2森林动态监测样地间隔5年(2016—2021年)的2次群落调查数据,采用α多样性指数、方差比率法(VR)、χ2检验、Pearson相关检验、Spearman秩相关检验和M.Godron稳定性等方法,对鹞落坪落叶阔叶林群落树种多样性、种间联结及群落稳定性变化进行分析。2021年与2016年比较结果表明:(1)群落优势种重要值增加,其中杜鹃、大果山胡椒和垂枝泡花树等灌木或小乔木数量急增导致累积重要值增加。(2)方差比率从1.35提升为2.87,总体正联结有了显著提高;χ2检验结果显示主要物种间正负关联种对比值由0.97提升为1.25,正关联种对开始占据优势。(3)Pearson相关检验和Spearman秩相关检验显示极显著和显著相关种对分别由132对和160对增加到152对和226对,种间相关性增强。(4)M.Godron稳定性测定结果由25.59/74.41变为23.64/76.36,群落稳定性增强。种间联结性分析与群落稳定性测定通过不同形式来体现群落演替阶段,研究显示鹞落坪落叶阔叶林群落种间联结增强,各物种间分布愈加紧密,相关性增强,正朝着和该地区环境条件相适应的稳定阶段发展。
Most studies on interspecific association using sample methods focused on the association and correlation at different levels of community,niche and interspecific association characteristics of the main species in community.However,the systematic study on interspecific association and community stability changes of species in community is insufficient.Using the data of two community surveys on 11.56 hm2 deciduous broad-leaved forest in the Yaoluoping Nature Reserve(YLPNR)at 5-year intervals(2016 and 2021),the changes of species diversity,interspecific association and community stability were studied by some methods including theαdiversity index,variance ratio(VR),Chi-square test(χ2 test),Pearson's correlation coefficient test,Spearman's rank correlation coefficient test,and M Godron stability analysis.The results showed that:(1)the important value of dominant species in the community increased,the number of shrubs and small trees increased sharply,such as Rhododendron simsii,Lindera praecox and Meliosma flexuosa,and resulting in the increase of the cumulative important value.(2)The variance ratio increased from 1.35 to 2.87,indicating the significant increase in overall positive correlation.χ2 test showed that the ratio of positive and negative correlated species pairs among major species increased from 0.97 to 1.25,indicating that positive correlated species pairs began to dominate.(3)Pearson correlation coefficient test and Spearman rank correlation coefficient test showed that the extremely significant and significant correlated species pairs increased from 132 and 160 to 152 and 226,respectively,and the interspecific correlation was enhanced.(4)The result of M.Godron stability measurement increased from 25.59/74.41 to 23.64/76.36,and the community stability enhanced.Interspecific association analysis and community stability measurement reflected the community succession stage in different forms.This study reveals that the interspecific association of the community in the deciduous broad-leaved forest of YLPNR has been strengthened,and the distribution of each species was closer and the correlation was enhanced,and the community was developing towards a stable stage in accordance with the environmental conditions in this area.
