摘要
选用2007-2017年285个地级及以上城市作为研究样本,采用双重差分法研究高铁开通对城市碳生产率的影响,结果表明:高速铁路开通可以通过产业结构效应和技术创新效应提高城市碳生产率,并且在考虑了城市碳生产率的空间溢出效应后,结果依然显著。分地区看,高铁开通对东部地区和西部地区碳生产率均显示为显著正相关,但对中部地区的碳生产率影响并不显著。
This paper investigates the impact of high-speed railway opening on urban carbon productivity based on 285 prefecture-level cities and higher level cities from 2007 to 2017 as sample by Difference in Difference.Results show that,the opening of HSR can improve urban carbon productivity through industrial structure effect and technological innovation effect.Considering the spatial spillover effect of urban carbon productivity,results are still significant.For different regions,the opening of HSR shows a significant positive correlation for carbon productivity in the eastern and western regions,but not in the central region.
