摘要
北美地区冬季的温度可低至-30℃,空调控制器这种极寒的温度下容易出现器件失效、应力损坏、低温保护等不确定问题,导致主控板无法正常驱动。本文通过实例研究与分析,介绍了某一A/D采样校准电路在低温情况下的现象,同时通过优化MOS管的栅极电压来解决饱和导通问题,使其能正常启动使用。
The temperature in North America can be as low as -30℃,and the air conditioning controller is prone to device failure,stress damage,low temperature protection and other uncertain problems under the extremely cold temperature,which lead to the failure of the main control board to drive normally.This paper introduces the phenomenon of an A/D sampling calibration circuit under the low temperature condition through case study and analysis,and solves the saturation conduction problem by optimizing the grid voltage of MOS tubes,so that it can be started and used normally.
