杜仲F_(1)代叶片性状变异及杂种优势 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】为杜仲杂交子代的优良种质选育提供参考。【方法】以杜仲杂交F_(1)代群体的134个子代为研究对象,采用性状离散特征描述、Pearson相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析等方法,对叶长、叶宽、叶周长、叶面积、红色成分值、绿色成分值、蓝色成分值、叶绿素参考值、鲜比叶质量、干比叶质量、节间距共14个叶表型性状进行分析。【结果】杜仲F 1代群体的14个叶片性状变异系数为6.29%~36.97%,其中叶宽、叶长等6个性状的变异系数均达到15%以上,说明在F 1群体中普遍存在遗传变异。134个F 1代的主要性状值展现出连续性较好的正态分布趋势;在14个叶表型性状中,31对性状指标表现出极显著相关性(P<0.01),3对性状指标表现出显著相关性(P<0.05);14个叶表型性状的中亲优势率为-88.53%~45.95%,14个叶表型性状的超亲优势率为-94.50%~9.67%。聚类分析结果显示,在遗传距离7.5处134个单株可聚为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ等3个大类群,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ类群又可单独分为2个亚类。通过主成分分析,将14个叶表型性状提取出5个主成分,累计贡献率为86.686%。【结论】杜仲杂交子代叶表型变异丰富,叶宽、叶长、叶面积等6个性状存在广泛的遗传变异。 【Objective】To provide reference for the breeding of excellent germplasm of hybrid offspring of Eucommia ulmoides.【Method】14 leaf phenotypic traits including leaf length,leaf width,leaf perimeter,leaf area,red component value,green component value,blue component value,chlorophyll reference value,fresh specific leaf mass,dry specific leaf mass and node spacing were analyzed by means of discrete feature description,Pearson correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.【Result】The variation factor of 14 leaf phenotypic traits ranged from 6.29%to 36.97%,among which the coefficient of variation of 6 traits such as leaf width and leaf length were all above 15%,indicating that there was extensive genetic variation in F 1 population.Most of the characters of 134 F 1 generations showed a good continuous normal distribution trend with their parents.Among the 14 traits,31 pairs were extreme significantly level(P<0.01)and 3 pairs were significantly level(P<0.05).The mid-parent heterosis of 14 traits ranged from-88.53%to 45.95%.The super-parental dominance rate of 14 leaf phenotypic traits ranged from-94.50%to 9.67%.According to the results of cluster analysis,134 plants of 134 progenies at 7.5 genetic distance were divided into three groups:Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.Among them,groupⅠand groupⅡcan be divided into two subcategories separately.The clustering results reflected the characters of each group.With the principal component analysis,the 14 phenotypic traits were divided into 5 principal components and the contribution rates were 86.686%.【Conclusion】The leaf phenotypic variation of E.ulmoides hybrid progeny is rich,and there are extensive genetic variations in leaf width,leaf length,leaf area and other six characters.
