摘要
以球阀为研究对象,选取石墨编织盘根与石墨编织盘根/V型柔性石墨环组合填料两种填料结构,在阀杆填料密封泄漏率及摩擦性能测试试验装置上进行了泄漏率及与阀杆间摩擦力矩测试试验,对比了两种填料结构的泄漏率及与阀杆间的摩擦力矩随阀门启闭动作次数变化,确定了优选方案;进一步,针对优选填料结构,安装至电动球阀,在水介质回路上进行了模拟工况试验验证。试验结果表明:石墨编织盘根与阀杆之间摩擦力矩更小,密封性能更优,可满足核级球阀启闭动作3000次阀杆填料密封无泄漏的要求。
Taking spherical valve as the research object,two packing structures'leakage rate and friction torque between valve stem are tested on the test device of valve stem packing on the sealing and tribological performance,one of which is graphite braided packing ring,the other is graphite braided packing ring and V-shaped flexible graphite ring.The optimal schemes is determined by comparing the leakage rate and friction torque between valve stem performance changes with the valve opening and closing motion.Further,the simulated working condition tests of the electric spherical valve,which are installed with the optimal packing rings,are carried out on the water medium test circuit.The experiment results show that the graphite braided packing rings have the better sealing performance and lower friction torque between valve stem,which also meet the requirements that the stem packing has no leakage after 3000 times of opening and closing motions for nuclear safety spherical valve.
