摘要
目的 探讨品管圈联合6S管理对急诊危重患者家属心理状况及心理需求的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年6月河南省人民医院接诊的急诊危重患者家属140名为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组70名。对照组患者家属采用急诊品管圈管理进行干预,观察组患者家属在对照组基础上联用6S管理进行干预。比较2组患者家属干预前后的心理状况及心理需求情况。结果 干预前,2组患者家属90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)的9个因子均分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预4周后,2组患者家属SCL-90的9个因子均分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者家属获得支持、自身舒适、接近患者、获得信息、病情保证5项心理需求评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预4周后,2组患者家属各项心理需求评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈联合6S管理有助于改善急诊危重患者家属心理状况,满足其心理需求,值得推广。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the impact of the combination of quality control circle and 6S management on the psychological status and psychological needs of family members of critically ill patients in the emergency department.Methods A total of 140 family members of critically ill patients admitted to the Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study participants,who were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group using a random number table,with 70 members in each group.The control group received emergency quality control circle management for intervention,while the observation group used a combination of 6S management and emergency quality control circle management for intervention based on the control group.The psychological status and psychological needs of the family members were compared before and after intervention in both groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores for the 9 factors of the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)of the two groups of patient's family members(P>0.05).The scores of the 9 factors of SCL-90 in both groups of patient's family members showed a decrease after 4 weeks of intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the 5-item psychological needs evaluation criteria for both groups of patients'family members(i.e.receiving support,comfort,being close to the patient,receiving information,ensuring the condition)(P>0.05).The scores of various psychological needs evaluation criteria in both groups decreased after 4 weeks of intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of quality control circle and 6S management can effectively improve the psychological status and meet the psychological needs of family members of critically ill patients in the emergency department,which holds promise for a wider application.
