摘要
随着我国进入快速城镇化时期,建设投入与资源供给间的矛盾逐渐加剧并限制了城市交通纽带功能的发挥,西北城市受经济水平所限,该问题尤为突出。城市绿色交通发展效率评价可集中展现城市交通在资源供需关系、技术应用水平和发展规模层面的问题。鉴于此,选择兰州市为研究对象,采取包络数据分析为主要研究方法辅以决策与实验室法构建评价指标模型,评价兰州市绿色交通建设发展的相对效率。结果表明:兰州绿色交通发展效率波动大,城市道路交通抗冲击能力弱,绿色交通发展相对落后。需进一步统筹资源、平衡供需、引进先进技术,以提高投入资源利用率、完善路网结构,进而建设高效安全、节能环保的城市交通系统。
As China enters the period of rapid urbanization,the contradiction between construction investment and resource supply has gradually intensified and rest ricted the function of urban transport links.The problem is particularly prominent in the northwest cities,which are limited by the economic level.The evaluation of urban green transport development effciency can focus on the problems of urban transport in the aspects of resource supply and demand,technology application level and development scale.In view of this,Lanzhou Gity is selected as the research object,and the envelope data analysis is adopted as the main research method,supplemented by the decision-making and laboratory methods to build an evaluation index model to evaluate the relative eficiency of the green transportation construction and development in Lanzhou City.The results show that the development efficiency of green traffic in Lanzhou fluctuates greatly,the urban road taffic has weak impact resistance,and the development of green taffic is relatively backward.It is necessary to further coordinate resources,balance supply and demand,and introduce ad-vanced technologies to improve the utilization rate of input resources,improve the road network structure,and build an efficient,safe,energy saving and environmentally friendly urban transportation system.
