摘要
有机玻璃具有质量轻、无自爆、可本体聚合等优点,在建筑领域有广泛的应用前景。为了研究结构用有机玻璃的基本物理性能和材料力学性能,对不同环境温度下结构有机玻璃拉伸性能、压缩性能、平面应变断裂韧性、热膨胀系数和硬度进行了系统的试验研究,测得了结构有机玻璃的弹性模量、抗拉强度、泊松比、抗压强度、断裂韧性、热膨胀系数、硬度性能参数等指标,研究了以上参数随温度的变化规律。研究表明:在-20~60℃内,温度升高时,有机玻璃材料的弹性模量、抗拉强度、抗压强度、断裂韧性、硬度均降低,热膨胀系数增大,泊松比的变化不明显。最后,介绍了有机玻璃在建筑和结构领域的工程应用。研究成果可为结构有机玻璃应用及相关规范编制提供参考。
Acrylic has the advantages of light weight,no self-explosion and bulk polymerization,which has broad application prospects in building constructions.In order to study the basic physical properties and mechanical properties of the material,the tensile behavior,compression behavior,plan strain fracture toughness,thermal expansion coefficient,and hardness of structural acrylic at various ambient temperatures were systematically tested and studied.The elastic modulus,tensile strength,Poisson’s ratio,compressive strength,fracture toughness,thermal expansion coefficient,hardness of structural acrylic,and the changing laws of the above parameters with temperature were studied.The results show that,in the range from-20 to 60℃,when increasing the temperature,the elastic modulus,tensile strength,compressive strength,fracture toughness,and hardness decrease,while the thermal expansion coefficient increases.The variation of Poisson’s ratio is not pronounced.At last,the applications of acrylic in architectural and structural engineering were introduced.The research results can provide references for the application of structural acrylic and the preparation of relevant specifications.
