摘要
随着医疗系统改革,深化信息化建设成为三甲综合医院的重要工作。完整的数字医疗信息系统包含多个子系统,在当前网状、点对点的网络结构下,要实现医疗信息流的双向闭环必须有大量编码标准不一致的接口。以长沙某三甲综合医院为例探讨以企业服务总线(Enterprise Service Bus,ESB)为基础的信息系统集成平台的体系结构及功能。
With the deepening of the medical system reform information construction has become an important task of the first three general hospitals.A complete digital medical information system consists of several subsystems.Under the current network structure of mesh and point-to-point,there must be a large number of interfaces with inconsistent coding standards to realize the bidirectional closed-loop of medical information flow.This paper discusses the architecture and function of Enterprise Service Bus(ESB)based information system integration platform by taking a three-grade general hospital in Changsha as an example.
