摘要
为广大科研人员了解国家自然科学基金“电子科学与技术”领域基础研究队伍、主要研究方向和发展趋势,针对2022年度信息一处受理的人才和探索两大系列部分类型的项目,从申请代码、申请人年龄和性别、依托单位分布以及按科学问题属性分类评审等不同角度分析了各类项目申请与资助情况,介绍了2022年度“负责任、讲信誉、计贡献”评审机制试点工作情况,最后展望了“十四五”期间领域重点发展方向.
This report aims to introduce the groups,main fields and developing trends of the basic research in the electronics and technology area funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China.Specifically,two funding catego⁃ries of talent and exploratory programs in Division I of Information were analyzed,including application codes,sex and age of applicants,host institutions and category-specific review.It also introduces the“Responsibility,Credibility,Contribu⁃tion”(RCC)peer review progress made in 2022,and finally looks into the key developing directions of electronics and tech⁃nology area during“14th Five-Year Plan”period.
