摘要
由于地理障碍、行政分割等多重原因,行政边界地区的经济发展水平往往相对比较落后,但数字经济发展则为其加快发展创造了机遇。利用2012~2019年卫星灯光数据,本文在多个尺度和层面上界定了城市行政边界地区,进而考察了数字经济对城市行政边界地区经济发展的影响。研究结果表明,数字经济发展带动了城市行政边界地区相对更快发展,而克服地理障碍限制和缓解行政分割影响则是重要影响机制。但数字经济的这一效应主要表现在人口和经济规模较大的城市,而且数字经济发展在促进大城市经济往行政边界地区扩散的同时,也促进了其行政边界地区内部的集聚化。此外,利用高德地图兴趣点数据,本文也发现数字经济发展主要是带动了地理依赖程度较低的产业往城市边界地区扩散。本文的研究结论为数字经济时代中国城市的跨行政区协同发展提供了参考。
Due to multiple geography and politics reasons,administrative border areas are relatively poverty.Using the nighttime light data from 2012 to 2019,we define the administrative border area of a city from different perspectives,and investigate whether the development of digital economy could promote the relatively faster development of administrative border areas.The result shows that the development of digital economy has driven the relatively faster development of administrative border areas,and overcoming geographical obstacles and alleviating the impact of administrative segmentation are the main mechanisms.Moreover,this effect of digital economy is mainly effective in cities with large population and economic scale,and the development of digital economy promotes more agglomeration of the economic activities in administrative border areas.In addition,using the data of point of interest,we find that the development of digital economy mainly drives the diffusion of industries with high digital level to administrative border areas.The conclusion provides a reference for the cross administrative region coordinated development of Chinese cities in the era of digital economy.
