基于ZETA的新型果蔬周转箱循环共用模式研究

摘要 为解决传统周转箱标准化程度低、周转率低、动态监管难和人工成本投入大等难题,通过周转箱的循环共用,实现资源的有效配置。文章在智慧物流飞速发展的背景下,分析当前周转箱的现状,提出基于第三方共享平台的循环共用模式,并且选用ZETA技术,ZEtag云标签具有读取距离远、读取数量多、读取设备的投入成本更低并且全程无人化等优点,可以有效解决传统RFID射频技术人工投入大、监管难等问题,实现智能化管理。该模式相较于传统模式,在社会效益、经济效益和生态效益方面均有明显优势,有助于推进我国物流设施设备的单元化、标准化的进程,推动智慧物流的发展。 In order to solve the problems of low standardization,low turnover rate,difficult dynamic supervision and large labor cost of the traditional turnover box,the effective allocation of resources is realized through the recycling of turnover boxes.Under the background of the rapid development of intelligent logistics,this paper analyzes the current situation of the turnover boxes,puts forward the recycling mode based on the third-party sharing platform,and selects ZETA technology.The ZEtag cloud tags have the advantages of long reading distance,large reading quantity,low input cost of reading equipment and whole unmanned process,which can effectively solve the problems of large manual input and difficult supervision of traditional RFID radio frequency technology,and realize intelligence.Compared with the traditional model,this model has obvious advantages in social,economic and ecological benefits,which is helpful in promotmg the process of unitization and standardization of logistics facilities and equipment in China and promote the development of intelligent logistics.
