摘要
在公路的建设过程中,其工程质量往往是与投资预算相协调统一的,尤其是在改扩建过程中,如何保障其造价控制在合理、科学范围内,减少不必要的成本显得尤为重要。本文以汕头某公路改扩建项目为例,在其设计阶段和施工阶段通过优化施工技术以及进行现场勘察、利用限额设计法以及结合相关批复和咨询意见,对全过程中影响造价的关键性技术进行优化,如进行路线优化以及桥梁跨径合理布置等,结果表明同时采取优化设计和对施工技术进行改良的措施能将造价控制在概预算的合理范围内,保障了工程投资的目标。
In the process of highway construction,the engineering quality is often coordinated and unified with the investment budget,especially in the process of reconstruction and expansion,it is particularly important to ensure that the cost is controlled within a reasonable and scientific range and reduce unnecessary costs.This article takes a highway renovation and expansion project in Shantou as an example.During its design and construction stages,key technologies that affect cost throughout the entire process are optimized by optimizing construction techniques,conducting on-site surveys,utilizing quota design methods,and combining relevant approvals and consulting opinions,such as route optimization and reasonable layout of bridge spans.The results indicate that taking measures to optimize design and improve construction technology simultaneously can control the cost within a reasonable range of the estimated budget,ensuring the goal of engineering investment.
