摘要
分析了污泥的各种处理方法及其优缺点,提出了以污泥为原料制备陶粒的工艺,并对污泥陶粒生产线的各个系统进行了详细介绍。该工艺不仅实现了污泥的减量化、稳定化和无害化,而且实现了污泥的资源化,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。
This paper analyzes various sludge treatment methods,their advantages and disadvantages.It proposes a process for producing ceramsite from sludge,and introduces each system of the sludge ceramsite production line in detail.The process not only realizes the reduction,stabilization and harmlessness of sludge,but also enables the resource utilization of sludge.It has broad application prospects and value for popularization.
