摘要
城镇老旧小区室外弱电和楼外“蜘蛛网”式的飞线存在重大安全隐患。本文以济宁任城区某小区弱电线路改造工程为例,通过采取多方协调、因地制宜、超前谋划等方式进行弱电线路与所属管道的优化,并通过完善后期管控,构筑长效机制的方式,实现“共沟、共管、共箱、共槽”,使老旧小区变成水、电、气供应管道通畅便利,适老、适残设施完善到位、居民出行方便、生态环境美好、公共服务到位的新型智慧化社区。
There are major safety hazards in the ELV outdoors in old residential areas of towns and the"spider web"flying wires outside buildings.The ELV line renovation project of a residential area in Rencheng district of Jining is taken as an example,the ELV line and its pipeline are optimized by adopting multi-party coordination,adapting measures to local conditions,and planning ahead,and a long-term mechanism is constructed by improving the later management and control,so as to realize"common ditch,common management,common box and common trough",so that the old residential areas becomes a new intelligent community with smooth and convenient water,electricity and gas supply pipelines,perfect facilities suitable for the elderly and disabled,convenient travel for residents,beautiful ecological environment and public services in place.
