摘要
针对板肋加劲板局部失稳破坏模式的不同,建立不同宽厚比的板肋加劲板有限元模型进行局部稳定分析,研究不同失稳模式下板肋加劲板的受力机理与影响因素,同时采用三次多项式对四边简支板、构件中被加劲板的局部稳定折减系数进行非线性曲线拟合,并与各国规范曲线进行对比。研究发现:被加劲板局部失稳模型表现为被加劲板与板肋的面外多波失稳变形;残余压应力分布对两类失稳构件极限承载力的影响不大;局部缺陷对板肋失稳构件的影响较小,而对被加劲板失稳的影响较大。构件中被加劲板的拟合曲线更早出现折减,不同钢材强度的拟合曲线趋势基本一致,钢材强度越高,曲线越晚发生折减。对于不同强度的四边简支板公式曲线,当相对宽厚比超过0.79与0.80时,曲线高于我国与日本规范曲线;对于构件中被加劲板公式曲线,当相对宽厚比超过1.31与1.36时,曲线高于各国公式曲线。推荐采用四边简支板拟合的公式进行计算。
Based on different local instability failure modes of rib stiffened plate,a few finite element models with different widthto-thickness ratio were established for local stability analysis.The force mechanism and influencing factors of rib stiffened plate under different instability modes were studied.The local stability reduction coefficients of simply supported plates on four sides and stiffened plates in members were fitted by cubic polynomial,and the results were compared with the national code curves.The results show that the local instability model of the stiffened plate shows the out-of-plane multi-wave instability deformation for the stiffened plate and rib stiffener.The residual compressive stress distribution has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of the two kinds of buckling members.Local defects have little influence on the instability of rib stiffener members,but have a significant influence on the instability of stiffened plates.The fitting curve of stiffened plates in members is reduced earlier,the fitting curve trend of different steel strength is almost the same.Higher steel strength leads to a later reduction.For the formula curves of four side simply supported plates with different strength,when the relative width-to-thickness ratio exceeds 0.79 and 0.80,the curves are higher than the standard curves of Chinese and Japanese specification,but still lower than other formula curves.For the formula curves of the stiffened plate in the member,when the relative width-to-thickness ratio exceeds 1.31 and 1.36,the curves are higher than the formula curve of various countries.The fitting formula of four side simply supported plates is recommended for calculation.
